I wanted to list the apps I will be using on a daily basis!

My Morning Apps

So basically, I use 13 apps when I wake up. It could be a lot of screen time but I make my own schedule so I can do what I want. The reason why I use these apps is to not only to wake up my mind but also to get me educated and something to meditate throughout the day. They involve religion to education and even mental health.

Bible: Youversion

To me as a Christian I should start of with reading the bible every morning before anything. Now I am not pushing anyone into religion. This is just me personally trying to put God first. I read the verse of the day as well as the proverbs for the day.

Our Daily Bread

Our Daily Bread is another Christianity App. It also gives you a verse of the day. As well as a devotion. I really enjoy hearing about the devotion's, and they are not long either.

Jesus Calling

Jesus Calling is pretty similar. Although they give you two devotions a day followed by a verse. I havn't been on this one as long. Someone introduced it to me while I was in the hospital.

Kindle

The kindle is great it can hold many books as well as have a monthly fee instead of buying books. I have been using this to find books on my mental health as well as fitness and nutrition.

Duolingo

Duolingo is a language learning app. I have been using it to learn Spanish and some Japanese. It is kind of built like a game. Fun and entertaining. Plus, it helps if I need to communicate with a client.

Mobile Knee

Mobile knee is kind of like a Christian tracker app. You can use it for goals as well as writing prayers. When you have your prayers answer you get to mark it as answered. Which I think is pretty cool. They even have a section for journaling.

DBT Coach

Dialectical behavior therapy also known as DBT. It is a good app because it helps keep track of your emotions. They even have some education on different mental health's. Like depression, anxiety, PTSD. I am using it to help with my BPD.

Shadow Work Journal

Shadow work journal was introduced to me in the hospital as well. Basically, it helps you learn more about your inner thoughts. I have been using it a few times and what it does it has prompts that it asks you and saves your answers. So, you can go back and see them.

HabitNow

Habit Now is a great app to help keep track of my habits and tasks. They will keep track of streaks and also the days you missed. You can customize your days and times with it. It has helped push me in daily tasks I should be doing as well as quitting bad habits and starting good ones.

MyTherapy

My therapy is a great app for tracking medicine. It's similar to habit now but for your meds and can also save your doctors and appointment dates. Not only that it also saves medicine you have had in the past.

Down Dog

Down dog is basically yoga. I am using it to get back into shape as well as getting some good stretches in. You can customize your plans as well as set the time on how long you want to use it for. It keeps track of the days you use it.

Hello My name is Clayton Batchelor

Picture Of Me
Hello Everyone,

My name is Clayton Batchelor and welcome to website. Why am I building my own site? Well I have been through a lot in my life. Mostly because of my mental and physical limitations. I have separated myself from family and friends over many years. Never had a filter all over my social media and created a bunch of drama. I have dragged myself through the dirt and back.

This website will be about my me learning how to love myself again and build up my friends, family and my network. I will keep a log of myself what I am doing on a daily basis which to help me stay productive. Not only will this site help me stay productive but also organized on what I have been doing and where.

Labels

Log - I will be keeping a log on everything I do during the day. I will use everyday to become more productive. This will have things like my Activities, Nutrition and Projects. It will keep me focused as well as keep track of what I do in case I need to look back onto something.

Christianity - I was born and raised as a Christian so I will like to dive deeper. Daily I will be doing some reading of the bible and proverbs. Also the Daily Bread  books I come across. I would complete these in the morning so I have plenty of time to meditate on it and adapt my life more to the lord.

Challenges - There are challenges and competition in my life that I want to do. Some will help build up my knowledge in a subject. Others could be mental and physical challenges. Either way challenges are great to really push me and improve me one way or another.

Projects - My projects are usually my money makers. I have plenty of ideas on entrepreneur, websites, programs, robotics and even maybe some real estate. Whatever I am doing to make money you will find here.

Creativity So sometimes I can be a little bit creative. I think I want to advance my creativity maybe learn how to do some sewing or even crocheting. I do know their are some cool ways to become creative with a welding machine.

Education - I will be continue attending school as well as self teaching. Since there is a lot for me to learn it would be good to keep track of my education. This will benefit me in the future as my mind slows down.

Health - I really need to focus on my health. Especially my mental health because that has been the biggest thing slowing me down. I was diagnosed with severe depression, anxiety, borderline personality disorder and ADHD. So I will be wright about situations that challenge these issues and how I will overcome them in a healthy way.

Travels - I love traveling and having adventures. I might not be able to share a lot here because how busy I will be but when I do travel you will hear about it. While traveling I enjoy myself in hobbies and the scenery you will get to see it as well.

In conclusion I will be staying very busy. Since I have been taking care of my mental disorders I have been able to focus more on what I want to do. I will mold my life into something I enjoy and bring in the people I want into my inner circle.
